I saw this recipe in Food Network Magazine and had to try it.
Ingrediants-
1 sheet frozen puff pastry (half of a 17 or 18 ounce package.)
2 strips of bacon (but I love Bacon so I used 2 1/2)
1 1/2 cups of cheese-I used cheddar and I didn't measure, I just sprinkled enough to cover
4 eggs
Salt/Pepper
Roll out puff pastry sheet and cut into 4 sections and roll up edges. Then poke them with a fork.
Bake for 10ish minutes so they look like this. Poke it with a fork if puffy.
Then sprinkle cheese and bacon and crack egg on top. I also whisked 1 egg and poured it in if you don't like the gooey center.
Then I baked for 10-15 minutes and they came out like this! Yum!!
